Maximum direct liability cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeliosCore's total direct liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the site shall not exceed the amount paid by you to HeliosCore in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
